Client: Historic Belgian brewery modernizing its fermentation and transfer lines.
Challenge: Sought mirror-finished 304L seamless tubes for all process beer lines to prevent bacterial adhesion and facilitate easy cleaning (CIP - Cleaning in Place). Needed compliance with EU 1935/2004 for food contact materials.
Our Solution: Supplied bright-annealed, pickled, and passivated 304L tubes with a consistent #8 mirror polish (outside) and smooth internal bore. Delivered all required Declarations of Conformity and material certificates of analysis.
Result: The installation was completed on schedule. The brewery reported improved CIP efficiency and no contamination issues.
