Product Description
ASTM A53 seamless steel pipes refer to the foreign standard steel pipe designation, which is the American standard designation. A53-F corresponds to the domestic material Q235, A53-A corresponds to the domestic material 10#, and A53-B corresponds to the domestic material 20#. Hot-rolled steel pipes are delivered in their hot-rolled or heat-treated state; The production process of hot-rolled seamless steel pipes: pipe billet heating → piercing → three-roll inclined rolling and continuous rolling → uncasing → sizing → cooling → straightening → hydrostatic test → marking → storage. The lever-effect seamless steel pipes will be detected. The production process of cold-drawn seamless steel pipes: pipe billet → heating → piercing → threading → annealing → acid washing → oil coating → multi-pass cold drawing → blank pipe → heat treatment → straightening → hydrostatic test → marking → storage. In terms of wall thickness, cold-drawn seamless steel pipes are more uniform and reorganized than hot-rolled seamless steel pipes, and the surface roughness is also better.
