Seamless steel pipe is a steel pipe made from a whole round steel perforated with no welded seam on the surface, called seamless steel pipe. According to the production method, seamless steel pipe can be divided into hot-rolled seamless steel pipe, cold-rolled seamless steel pipe, cold-drawn seamless steel pipe, extruded seamless steel pipe, top tube and so on. According to the shape of the section, the seamless steel tube is divided into two kinds of round and shaped, shaped tube has a square, oval, triangular, hexagonal, melon, star, with a variety of complex shapes of the finned tube. Depending on the application, there are thick-walled seamless steel tubes and thin-walled seamless steel tubes. Seamless steel tubes are mainly used as petroleum geological drilling tubes, petrochemical cracking tubes, boiler tubes, bearing tubes and high-precision structural steel tubes for automobiles, tractors and aviation.

What is seamless carbon steel pipe?
Seamless steel pipe is manufactured by the round steel billet, through hot rolling, cold rolling or cold drawn processes, no seam on the pipe body. Welded steel pipe is manufactured by flat steel plate, with welding seam on the pipe body.
What is the difference between carbon steel pipe and seamless pipe?
Carbon steel pipe: is made of iangot or round solid steel perforated into capillary, and then made by hot rolling, cold rolling or cold pull-out. 2. Seamless steel pipe: steel pipe made of whole metal with no joints on the surface.
