E355 ST52 H8 ST45 1045 DIN 2391 Cold Drawn Seamless Hydraulic Cylinder Honing Pipe
In the standard it is DIN2391-1. The raw materials of the hydraulic steel pipes have undergone precision drawing, non-oxidative bright heat treatment (NBK state), non-destructive testing, the inner holes of the steel pipes have been washed and pickled under high pressure, the inner and outer walls of the steel pipes have been treated with anti-rust oil, and both ends are sealed for dust-proof treatment. . The steel pipe produced has high precision and good finish. There is no oxide layer on the inner and outer walls of the steel pipe. The steel pipe can withstand the high pressure of the liquid flow through it. The steel pipe is cold-bent without deformation, and can be flared and flattened without cracks. Mechanical properties can be bent at any angle without deformation. It is mainly used to prepare steel pipes in the hydraulic system oil circuit, also known as hard piping in hydraulic systems, precision steel pipes for automobiles, and the specifications are generally outer diameter (D) Φ4mm-76mm, wall thickness (S) 0.5mm-6.0mm. The length is 6 meters to length (except custom-made), and the delivery status is NBK (normalizing), GBK (annealing), BKS (stress relief annealing). The main materials are ST35, ST37.4 (10#), ST45 (20#), ST55 (35#), ST52 (16Mn), etc., which can meet the requirements for steel pipes with high precision, high finish, high tensile strength and high mechanical properties. client.
