SA-213-T22 Cold Rolled Seamless Tube for High-Temperature Boilers
SA-213T22 (referred to as T22) is a brand in the ASME SA213/SA213M standard. It is a 2.25Cr-1Mo chromium-molybdenum high-temperature ferritic steel for boilers and superheaters. my country transplanted it to GB5310 in 1985 and named it 12Cr2MoG. Other countries also have similar steel types, such as 10CrMo910 from the Federal Republic of Germany and STBA24 from Japan. Among the Cr-1Mo steel series, its thermal strength performance is relatively high. At the same temperature (temperature ≤580°C), its creep rupture strength and allowable stress are even higher than those of 9Cr-1Mo steel, and it has good processing properties. Good performance and welding performance, durable plasticity. Therefore, it has been widely used in harsh working environments, such as various heated pipes and high-pressure vessels in thermal power, nuclear power and some hydrogen-facing equipment.
