Product Description
Hot-rolled, pickled, and welded 304 stainless steel welded pipe is a type of stainless steel pipe made by coiling and welding hot-rolled, pickled, and welded 304 stainless steel coils/sheets.
304 stainless steel refers to the material. This general-purpose austenitic stainless steel is composed of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and weldability.
Hot-rolled, pickled, and welded refers to the raw material. The hot-rolled coils undergo a pickling treatment to remove the black oxide scale, resulting in a silvery-white matte finish.
Welded pipe refers to the forming process. The core process involves fusing the seams of the rolled sheets together through welding (usually argon arc welding, plasma welding, or high-frequency welding), thus forming the steel pipe.
In short: It is a steel pipe made by coiling silvery-white, hot-rolled, pickled, and welded 304 stainless steel sheets.
