C45 SRB Honed H9 Inner Wall Polishing Seamless Carbon Steel Tube For Air Pressure Pipe
Honing tubes are a kind of mechanical processing technology. The inner hole of the cold-drawn tube is rapidly quilted and ground by the oilstone on the quilting grinding head, so that the inner hole meets the tolerance size and surface roughness requirements. According to customer requirements, quilting can reach the tolerance range (such as H7, H8, H9, etc.), with a roughness of up to Ra0.4 and an ellipticity of 3 to 5 lines, and the longest can reach 8 meters. Therefore, the quality of the honing tube seriously damages the quality of the hydraulic cylinder. The honing tube is a connecting component for the operation of the fulcrum piston rod. Most of the movements of the hydraulic system and hydraulic cylinders are carried out in prefabricated components. Through the analysis of the current situation of the hydraulic cylinder, it is found that the hydraulic cylinder is composed of a cylinder liner, a piston rod and a rolling bearing end cover.
