Honing tubes are precision mechanical components processed through advanced grinding technology. The inner hole of cold-drawn tubes undergoes rapid grinding with oilstone grinding heads to achieve precise tolerance dimensions and superior surface roughness requirements. These tubes can be manufactured to various tolerance ranges (H7, H8, H9, etc.) with roughness up to Ra0.4 and ellipticity of 3-5 lines, with maximum lengths reaching 8 meters.
Primarily used as pneumatic control valves for four-column hydraulic presses, honing tubes demand high production and processing standards. Their quality directly impacts hydraulic cylinder performance, serving as critical connecting components for piston rod operations in hydraulic systems. The hydraulic cylinder assembly consists of cylinder liners, piston rods, and rolling bearing end covers, where precision manufacturing ensures optimal service life and operational efficiency.
